Differentis is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role involves working directly with clients on‑site while offering flexibility to work from home. You will play a pivotal role in shaping strategic initiatives by gathering and analysing business requirements, conducting in‑depth process reviews, and driving improvements that align with our clients' goals.

• Elicit, document, and manage business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct comprehensive business process analysis and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop strategic solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to align business objectives with technical solutions.
• Process Mapping within a live workshop environment (remote and F2F)
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and clear documentation.
• Ensure proposed solutions meet business needs and deliver measurable value.

• Proven experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Demonstrated expertise in business process mapping and improvement.
• Proficiency with tools such as Liberty Spark/Skore, ARIS, and iGrafix is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with client‑facing responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in IT or digital transformation projects is a strong advantage.
• Desirable experience working with Higher Education, Healthcare, or other similar environments
• Detail-oriented with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
