Project Manager - Business Transformation

About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Project Manager to lead critical business transformation initiatives in Benoni . This role is pivotal in guiding the organization through significant changes, including process re-engineering, system implementations, and organizational restructuring, to achieve strategic objectives. You will be responsible for defining the transformation roadmap, managing project execution, ensuring stakeholder buy-in, and driving adoption of new ways of working across the Gauteng region.

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of complex business transformation projects , aligning with strategic goals.
• Develop detailed transformation roadmaps, project plans, communication strategies, and change management plans.
• Engage and collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for transformation initiatives.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks and dependencies associated with major organizational changes.
• Oversee the implementation of new processes, systems, and organizational structures, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption.
• Monitor project progress, measure outcomes against defined objectives, and provide regular updates to executive stakeholders.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on business transformation , change management, or large‑scale strategic projects.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; PMP certification is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex, cross-functional transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of organizational design, process re‑engineering, and change management principles.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Experience with enterprise-level system implementations (e.g., ERP, CRM) is advantageous.
