• Conduct comprehensive analysis of operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports for senior management.
• Forecast future operational needs and resource requirements based on data analysis.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for process optimization and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with operational teams to implement suggested improvements and track their impact.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of analytical best practices within the team.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Operations Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, and Excel.
• Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of operational processes and metrics.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
