Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze manual workflows to pinpoint automation potential
• Create clear product requirements from operational insights
• Implement automation across key business operations
• Develop and execute automation deployment strategies
• Measure the impact of automation on workflow performance
Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in successful workflow automation
• Ability to derive requirements from operational inputs
• Technical skills for discussing trade-offs with engineers
• Experience in establishing safeguards for automation
• Commitment to a full-time, 12-month remote contract
