About the Role

Our client, a well-respected environmental advocacy group in Nelspruit , is looking for a dynamic Partnership Development Manager . This role is essential for forging strategic alliances with corporations, government agencies, and other non-profit organizations to amplify our conservation efforts. You will be responsible for identifying potential partners, developing mutually beneficial proposals, and managing these relationships to secure resources and expand our impact across Mpumalanga .

• Identify, cultivate, and secure new strategic partnerships to support the organization's mission.
• Develop compelling proposals and presentations for potential corporate sponsors and collaborating organizations.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and service level agreements.
• Manage and nurture existing relationships with key partners, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership activities with organizational goals and programs.

• Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or corporate relations.
• Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing partnership deals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
