• Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to align with organizational objectives.
• Identify and cultivate new strategic partnership opportunities with corporations, foundations, and community groups.
• Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment of goals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key partners, fostering strong and long-lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement joint initiatives and campaigns.
• Track and report on the progress and impact of partnerships.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or corporate relations, preferably in the non-profit or social impact sector .
• Proven ability to identify, negotiate, and manage complex partnerships.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working effectively in a remote team environment.
