Public Sector / Procurement & Commercial An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Systems & Information Advisor to support a major systems transformation programme within a busy procurement and commercial function within a Government organisation.

This role will play a key part in migrating contract data from Atamis into Workday, improving spend visibility, strengthening commercial reporting, and ensuring procurement information is accurate, accessible, and aligned across systems. Your new role Lead and support the migration of contract records from Atamis into Workday Create and maintain accurate contract and supplier records within Workday Review and cleanse legacy contract data to improve quality and compliance Support the alignment of purchase orders with contract records Produce reports on legacy agreements, contract utilisation, and spend under contract Identify and investigate discrepancies between commercial and financial data Work closely with Procurement, Finance, and wider business stakeholders to improve reporting and governance Support procurement policy compliance and continuous improvement initiatives What you'll need to succeed Strong Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) experience Previous experience using both Atamis and Workday Experience supporting systems migration or data migration projects Ability to analyse and validate complex datasets Strong reporting and management information experience Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Experience working within procurement, commercial, finance, or contract management environments Knowledge of public sector procurement policy and legislation
