Senior Consultant - Strategic Planning

About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated Senior Consultant with expertise in Strategic Planning to join their team in Mahikeng, North West. This role involves partnering with organizations to develop robust, forward-thinking strategies that drive sustainable growth and competitive advantage. You will guide clients through the strategic planning process, from vision setting and market analysis to objective definition and implementation road mapping. This hybrid position allows for effective client engagement and collaboration, blending on-site presence with remote work flexibility, and contributing to the economic development of the region.

• Lead and facilitate strategic planning workshops and sessions with senior leadership teams.
• Conduct comprehensive market, competitor, and internal capability analyses.
• Develop clear, actionable strategic plans, including vision, mission, goals, and key initiatives.
• Create performance metrics and dashboards to track the execution and success of strategic plans.
• Advise clients on organizational alignment and resource allocation to support strategic objectives.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting or strategic planning roles.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing successful strategic plans for various organizations.
• Strong analytical, research, and synthesis skills.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, or a related field.
