- Sustainability role:
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the development, maintenance, and ongoing enhancement of the SC Johnson Professional Sustainability Databank and reporting systems. This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of sustainability data across key focus areas including Plastics, Chemistry, Carbon, Deforestation, and Waste, enabling informed decision-making and progress against sustainability ambitions. The role also contributes to the preparation of sustainability reports and data submissions, supporting transparent, credible communication of performance, progress, and impact across the business, as well as ensuring all relevant Sustainability Regulatory and Financial legislations are complied with.

Responsibilities as our Data Analyst
- Sustainability:
Support and maintain sustainability data sources to ensure integrity and alignment with evolving business requirements. Develop and manage the Sustainability Databank (Product & Product packaging data) and other repositories (e.g., Competitor Sustainability analysis). Ensure data availability and applicability to meet the needs of key stakeholders (RD&E, Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance). Support project sponsors/managers by delivering project-specific sustainability data requirements. Provide input into the creation of the Reporting Portal with self-serve formats and dashboards for easy stakeholder access to sustainability data Provide data as directed to meet the needs of corporate, regulatory, and regional requirements Maintain analytics tools that provide data for use in insight generation Experience you’ll bring as our Data Analyst

Experience in SQL, Excel, Power Query and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Familiarity with SAP or similar PLM tools Familiarity with product analytics…
