Esri UK | UK, Home-Based | Permanent | Circa £60,000 + c.20% bonus
Esri UK is looking for an experienced Bid and Content Manager to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of high-quality bids that support business growth. Working across Sales, Services and Legal, you'll manage the end-to-end bid process, develop the proposal content library, and help drive the adoption of automation and AI-enabled tools. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced bid professional who enjoys combining hands-on proposal management with longer-term capability development.
What you'll do:
 
* Lead compliant, high-quality responses to RFIs, PPQs, ITTs and RFPs
 
* Run kick-off meetings, storyboarding sessions and review cycles
 
* Coordinate SMEs and stakeholders, and manage governance and approvals
 
* Maintain content libraries, templates and proposal resources
 
* Champion proposal automation and AI-enabled ways of working

What we're looking for:

* A proven track record managing bids and proposals in a complex business
 
* Excellent written communication, editing and stakeholder-influencing skills
 
* Experience running kick-offs, reviews and governance processes
 
* APMP accreditation (or similar) and tech-sector experience are a plus
