  Partnering with leisure operators, local authorities and delivery providers to grow participation and improve outcomes through data‑led decisions.

Our clients include governments, cities, and sporting federations all committed to tackling inactivity and increasing participation. Within the region, our current partners include Canadian Tire Jumpstart, Canadian Olympic Committee, Future of Hockey Lab, U.S. Soccer, and the Aspen Institute.

To support this, we’ve built a software platform that hosts one of the world’s largest curated activity datasets, powering many of our insights and recommendations.

• Advising on how physical activity can drive social and economic change.
• Designing and evaluating strategies and interventions that activate people and places.
• Helping clients embed digital transformation and system‑wide improvement.
• Providing SaaS tools that integrate data from leisure systems, wearables, healthcare, and community programmes.

This enables clients to:

• Predict outcomes of sport and physical activity investments.
• Benchmark the impact of new initiatives.
• Analyse behaviours and participation trends.
• Target groups to maximise programme reach and impact.
• Identify key drivers of participation locally and nationally.

We support clients worldwide, with offices in London, Miami, and Toronto.

Strategic Partnership Manager

Location: Toronto, Ontario – primarily based in partner headquarters in mid‑town Toronto, with flexibility for remote work (expected minimum 3 days per week onsite).

Hours: Full‑time

Contract Type: Fixed‑Term – 24 months

Travel: Occasional travel across Canada for stakeholder meetings and workshops

Salary: CAD 75k – 85k per annum

GLOBAL is seeking an experienced Strategic Partnership Manager to play a pivotal role in the delivery and growth of our work in Canada.

Based within our key client’s Toronto office, you will act as the central liaison between 4

GLOBAL and wider sector partners, ensuring successful delivery of our sports participation platform (InsightOS – Canada) while driving engagement, adoption, and long‑term value creation.

This is a dynamic role combining partnership management, stakeholder engagement, data‑driven strategy, and commercial growth. You will be instrumental in ensuring the success of the InsightOS – Canada initiative by aligning delivery milestones with partner objectives and identifying new opportunities for collaboration, expansion, and commercial growth.

In this role, you will:
