Our client is actively recruiting a Remote Senior Consultant focused on Business Process Improvement to join their virtual consulting practice. As a remote professional, you will lead engagements, analyze complex workflows, and design and implement effective solutions. Key Responsibilities- Lead diagnostic assessments of client business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Design and document optimized business processes utilizing lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.
- Develop detailed implementation plans and guide clients through the execution of process changes.
- Utilize data analytics and modeling to quantify process performance and measure the impact of improvements.
- Facilitate remote workshops and training sessions for client teams on process improvement techniques.
- Manage project scope, timelines, and client relationships, ensuring successful and measurable outcomes in a remote setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in business process improvement, operations consulting, or related roles.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in process mapping, analysis, and redesign methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
