CRM Administrator

Location: Brampton Bierlow

A growing global advisory firm is looking for a CRM Administrator to take ownership of the quality, consistency and day-to-day administration of its CRM and related systems. This role is based in Central London and as the business embraces flexibility, you’re able to work from home 2 days per week. Working closely with internal teams and senior stakeholders you will inherit an active programme of improvements offering the opportunity to contribute to meaningful change.

Your responsibilities will include:
Owning data quality, including duplicate management, record clean-up, field completeness and regular data quality reporting. Working with senior stakeholders to ensure opportunities and commercial information are recorded accurately and promptly. Managing users, licences and permissions, including onboarding, role changes, offboarding and periodic access reviews. Maintaining CRM standards, including pipeline stages, mandatory fields, naming conventions and project codes. Managing the CRM request process, resolving configuration issues and coordinating more complex requirements with the external development partner.

In order to be suitable for this role you will have an excellent communication style with prior experience of owning CRM and data. You will have experience in administering Hub Spot and have a keen eye for detail as well as working effectively with Excel.
