About the Role
Our client is seeking a skilled Business Process Improvement Consultant to join their fully remote team, supporting clients throughout the region from a virtual hub near Klerksdorp. This role is dedicated to helping businesses streamline their operations, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs through strategic process analysis and re-engineering. You will collaborate with clients remotely, leveraging digital tools to identify bottlenecks, design optimal workflows, and implement sustainable improvements.

- Conduct thorough remote assessments of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for enhancement.
- Design and document optimized workflows, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
- Utilize process modeling tools and techniques to visualize current and future state processes.
- Develop and present data-driven recommendations for process automation, simplification, and re-engineering.
- Support clients in the implementation of process improvements, monitoring outcomes and ensuring adoption.
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process analysis, re-engineering, or continuous improvement.
- Proficiency with process mapping software (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and project management tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and effectively manage client relationships remotely.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
