• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex operational data and translate findings into actionable plans.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to implementation in Pretoria .
• Proficiency in project management and strong stakeholder engagement skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
