• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for manufacturing and operations.
• Support the development and implementation of operational strategies and projects.
• Collaborate with operational teams on-site to understand processes and gather necessary data.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed operational changes and initiatives.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to management through presentations and reports, utilizing remote tools for dissemination.

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Operations Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and business intelligence software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data clearly.
