• Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations consulting, supply chain management, or a senior operational role.
• Demonstrated expertise in process improvement , lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and supply chain optimization.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and manage cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working effectively in a fully remote, distributed team environment.
