PhD or relevant certifications are a plus. - A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in management consulting or a senior strategic advisory role.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation projects and delivering significant business impact.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, adapted for virtual collaboration.
- Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and deliver high-quality results in a remote setting.
