About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive Performance Improvement Consultant to join their dedicated team, working remotely to serve clients across various sectors. This role focuses on identifying operational inefficiencies and developing practical solutions to enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall organizational performance. You will collaborate closely with clients to analyze their current processes, recommend strategic improvements, and support the implementation of these changes.

• Conduct thorough analyses of client operations, identifying performance gaps and areas for improvement.
• Develop strategic recommendations and action plans focused on enhancing efficiency and productivity.
• Design and implement new processes, systems, or organizational structures to optimize performance.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure successful adoption of recommended changes.
• Measure and report on the impact of implemented improvements, providing ongoing support to clients in Queenstown and beyond.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations consulting, business process improvement, or performance management.
• Demonstrated experience in diagnosing complex organizational issues and implementing effective solutions.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in process mapping and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, adaptable to a remote environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
