About the Role
Our client is seeking a talented Management Consultant specializing in Business Process Optimization to join their hybrid team based in Randburg . This role focuses on analyzing client workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing streamlined processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall operational effectiveness. You will work with clients across various sectors to re-engineer their business operations, leveraging best practices and innovative solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity for a process-driven consultant to make a tangible impact on client performance in the Gauteng region, combining office-based and remote work.
- Conduct thorough assessments of client business processes, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement optimized process designs, utilizing methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
- Create process documentation, flowcharts, and standard operating procedures.
- Facilitate workshops with client teams to gather requirements and drive buy-in for process changes.
- Implement and monitor new processes, ensuring successful adoption and adherence to standards.
- Measure and report on the impact of process optimization initiatives, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) for clients in Randburg .
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process improvement, operational consulting, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of process mapping, re-engineering methodologies, and performance measurement techniques.
- Proven experience in implementing process changes and driving operational efficiency.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
