- Support senior analysts in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions for improvement.
- Assist in the creation of reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure delivered solutions meet business needs.
- Contribute to project planning and execution by tracking tasks and progress.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite , particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
