This job offers the opportunity to work from home as part of a hybrid work arrangement. This arrangement will allow you to work some days at a TCHC work location and the rest of the time from home. The amount of time required to work at a TCHC work location is flexible, while considering operational and service delivery requirements.
Make a differenceResponsible for facilitating, developing and implementing strategies policies, procedures and standards based on industry best practices and operational needs. Measure and analyze performance and empirical data for the Resident and Community Services division. Ensure that the Division’s systems, practices and programs are achieving desired impact in TCH communities and are aligned with values, policies, and corporate strategic plans.
What you’ll do Strategic Planning- Lead the coordination, planning and alignment of the Division’s work with that of other corporate divisions;
- Co-ordinate and support the production of strategic plans;
- Consult and collaborate with other business units as appropriate to align strategic outcomes;
- Lead the development of business processes and systems as well as documenting and managing database requirements for the Division;
- Facilitate policy development ensuring input from all stakeholders (residents, staff, management, other);
- Plan, co-ordinate and monitor the implementation of policies, protocols and procedures for the Division including facilitating change discussions;
- Develop standards and best practices;
- Develop evaluation frameworks to support division outcomes;
- Conduct reviews of specific process and practices and recommend solutions to achieve Division outcomes and targets;
- Develop and manage tracking systems for the division as they relate to achieving outcomes.;
- Review and analyze performance measurement results and progress updates on divisional work, and develop recommendations to improve business processes;
- Make recommendations to improve performance measures and reporting as appropriate;
- Develop reports, papers, briefing notes, and presentations for internal/external stakeholders;
- Lead projects including project management responsibilities;
- Coordinate work of others on a project by project basis;
