Senior Business Analyst

Position: Senior Business Analyst Hybrid Role
Aplin is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (HCM) in Edmonton to support its Enterprise Commons Program. Engage in hybrid work while focusing on the Workforce Software-related projects.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will leverage over 7 years of experience to enhance Cloud ERP initiatives in support of HR activities.

Your role will involve developing UAT documentation and facilitating workshops with stakeholders. Additionally, you will conduct data validation and write SQL queries to ensure project precision. Your key contributions will be vital for successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document current-state HR business processes

• Develop and manage User Acceptance Testing deliverables

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops for optimal solutions

• Write and execute SQL queries for data validation

• Produce necessary project artifacts and status updates

Requirements:

• 7+ years in Business Analysis or Systems Analysis

• Experience with Cloud ERP, particularly SAP

• Strong SQL capabilities and data handling

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Relevant degree or certification in the field
