About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated Senior Consultant focused on Business Process Optimization to join their fully remote team, serving clients primarily in the Centurion region and across South Africa. This role involves analyzing existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and designing and implementing optimized workflows to enhance productivity and reduce costs. You will collaborate with clients virtually, leveraging data-driven insights to propose practical and sustainable solutions.

• Conduct detailed assessments of client business processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Design and document optimized process flows using best practices in business analysis and lean methodologies.
• Develop implementation plans for new processes and provide guidance during the transition phase.
• Utilize data analytics to measure process performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Facilitate remote workshops with client teams to gain insights and build buy-in for proposed changes.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations outlining findings, recommendations, and implementation strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in business process analysis, re-engineering, or optimization.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements in various industries.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
