About the Role
Our client is seeking a visionary and results-driven Product Development Lead to spearhead their product innovation initiatives. This role is fully remote, enabling you to collaborate with cross-functional teams from anywhere in the world. You will be responsible for guiding the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation and market research to design, prototyping, and successful product launch. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for creating impactful products, strong leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of market needs and emerging technologies in a remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the ideation, definition, and execution of new product development projects, from concept to launch.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback gathering to identify product opportunities and requirements.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and market introduction.
- Develop product roadmaps, prioritize features, and manage product backlogs effectively.
- Oversee user experience (UX) design and ensure products meet customer needs and usability standards in a fully remote setting.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in product management or product development, with a strong track record of launching successful products.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams in a product development context.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, agile methodologies, and user-centered design principles.
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
