Workforce Management Analyst; Remote); Fully Remote

• Hands-on WFM analyst role owning forecasting, capacity planning, and analytics.
• Supports scheduling for Patient Support Specialists, RNs, and Providers using AI tools.

• Forecast volume, build staffing plans, and monitor queues in real time.
• Use LLMs and AI tools to generate, test, and validate forecasts.
• Build reporting on occupancy, adherence, service levels, and staffing accuracy.

• 2+ years WFM analyst experience with contact center background.
• Strong Excel skills and AI fluency; clear communicator.
