Site Contract Manager; Fully Remote

• Review, draft, negotiate, and track various legal agreements, including site contracts and amendments.
• Set up contracting strategies and manage the site contract process from initiation to execution.
• Work closely with Clinical Operations study teams to ensure alignment with study timelines.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Clinical Trial Agreements and vendor contracts.
• Strong site budget negotiation experience and client-facing skills.
• Experience in CRO, life science, biotech, or pharmaceutical industry with a focus on APAC.
• Strong organizational, written communication, and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and building relationships in a virtual environment.
