We are seeking a Product Manager – Assurance to play a central role in Aveni’s Assurance portfolio: products that help financial services firms govern, test, and assure AI agents and human interactions across the customer journey.

This role is primarily focused on Agent Approve, Aveni’s pre-deployment simulation and testing product, with additional responsibility for Detect, our post-interaction compliance assessment product.

Agent Approve is a growth-stage product operating in a dynamic regulatory environment. You will own the product from discovery through commercial readiness, helping define Aveni’s position in an emerging market.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership product role. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Assurance Products on strategy and roadmap direction while independently driving discovery, prioritisation, delivery, and go-to-market readiness. You will work with engineering, design, customer success, marketing, and commercial teams to turn complex customer and regulatory problems into clear, valuable, and shippable product outcomes.

• Own the Agent Approve and Detect product roadmaps from problem discovery and opportunity sizing through prioritisation, delivery, and launch readiness.
• Lead continuous discovery with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders, developing an evidence-based view of market direction and urgent problem areas.
• Translate ideas and customer problems into low- and high-fidelity prototypes to validate assumptions early, reduce delivery risk, and accelerate decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design to convert strategy into executable delivery plans, maintain a prioritized backlog, and support squads through delivery.
• Build strong relationships across engineering, commercial, customer success, and marketing, serving as a trusted voice on what we are building, why it matters, and how it supports Aveni’s Assurance portfolio.
• Stay current with industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activity in financial services compliance, QA technology, and AI assurance, ensuring product decisions are grounded in market context.
• Use data and metrics to inform prioritization, define product KPIs, and measure the success of features and capabilities.

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally owning a roadmap from discovery to delivery.
• Domain expertise in financial services, compliance, risk, or regulatory technology, and experience leading stakeholder discovery and translating insights into product strategy.
