Global Payroll Manager; Fully Remote

• Manage full-cycle payroll for entities in the U.S. and Canada, including semi-monthly and bi-weekly processes.
• Ensure accurate processing of salaries, bonuses, commissions, and benefits with correct tax with holdings.

• Oversee federal, state, local, and international payroll tax compliance and registrations.
• Monitor regulatory changes and implement required updates to payroll processes.
• Oversee global payroll vendors and maintain HRIS integration, including Workday.
• Drive system enhancements, automation, and data integrity across payroll operations.
• Partner with People, Finance, and external agencies to resolve escalated payroll issues.
• Lead year-end reconciliations, reporting, and process standardization initiatives.
