Our client is seeking a strategic and customer-focused E-commerce Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of their online product offerings. This role is fully remote, allowing for global collaboration. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, translating customer needs and market opportunities into innovative digital products and features. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape, user experience principles, and agile development methodologies, thriving in a remote setting where cross-functional collaboration is key to success.
Key Responsibilities- Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the e-commerce platform.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify unmet needs and opportunities.
- Translate product strategy into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize the product backlog and manage the product development lifecycle using agile methodologies.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
- Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on features to drive continuous improvement.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a significant focus on e-commerce or digital products.
- Proven ability to define product strategy, develop roadmaps, and manage product backlogs.
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and usability testing.
- Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team environment.
