Our client, a leading firm in Management Consultancy , is seeking a skilled Management Consultant specializing in Risk & Compliance to join their remote team, serving clients primarily in the Nelspruit region. This role involves advising organizations on navigating complex regulatory landscapes, strengthening their risk management frameworks, and ensuring robust compliance programs. You will work with clients across various sectors to identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement effective compliance solutions.

- Assess client's risk exposures and compliance frameworks across various regulatory domains.
- Develop and implement tailored risk management strategies and compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct compliance audits and reviews to ensure adherence to relevant laws and industry standards.
- Advise clients on best practices for internal controls, governance, and ethical conduct.
- Assist clients in preparing for and responding to regulatory inquiries and examinations.
- Deliver training and awareness programs to client staff on risk and compliance matters.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in risk management, compliance, internal audit, or a related consulting role.
- Strong knowledge of relevant South African and international regulatory frameworks (e.g., POPIA, GDPR, King IV).
- Proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate various business risks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, effective in a remote setting.
