Star Quest

Star Quest Dance Competition is a nationwide dance competition, touring to 70+ cities each year to deliver a truly unique experience to young performers. We are looking for motivated, positive, people-oriented leaders to join our touring Road Warrior team!

What POSITIONS are we looking for?

Awards/Company Manager:
This position is multi-disciplined. It requires focus under pressure, excellent organizational skills, the ability to memorize and execute massive amounts of information in a small periodof time, comfort on stage, and a keen sense of situational awareness. Responsibilities widely range, from booking staff meals to handing out awards to performers on stage. Company Managers are also required to complete pre-event prep work from home between shows each week.

We are seeking high-level thinkers with leadership qualities who are looking to advance in their careers.

Interview Dates:

We will be hiring throughout September - December for the 2027 season through virtual interviews. These will be scheduled on an individual basis.

Mandatory Training Event for all Road Warriors*:

January 7th – 9th, 2027:
Virtual Training -

To be attended virtually from your home base.

January 11th – 18th, 2027:
In-Person Training -

Training will be hosted in Lancaster, PA.

* Pay provided. Transportation and lodging provided for in-person training.

Tour Dates:

January 22nd – May 30th , 2027 (Excluding March 26th- 28th)

** Most weeks you will travel to the event on Thursday early morning and return home on Monday afternoon

• Positions have no union jurisdiction
• Competitive pay with seasonal and yearly increases (pay rates provided prior to interview)
• Travel, food (provided or per diem), and double occupancy lodging provided on the road
• We host 3 to 5 events every weekend of our season, which vary in size. The average Road Warrior works 15 events throughout the season.
