About the job Business Development & Proposal Coordinator (Hybrid/Remote Eligible + Internship Eligible)BDAS is hiring a Business Development & Proposal Coordinator to support capture efforts, teaming agreements, and technical proposal writing across our government and commercial pipeline.
Location: Boulder, CO (Hybrid/Remote-eligible)
Responsibilities
- Support proposal development and compliance documentation
- Coordinate teaming agreements with partner organizations
- Assist with contract tracking and administrative support for active programs
- Support marketing/event coordination (trade shows, conferences)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
- Strong writing and organizational skills
- Experience with government contracting or proposal support a plus
- Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders
