The Defined Contribution Client Leader is the single point of accountability for end‑to‑end DC service delivery, responsible for ensuring high‑quality, compliant, timely, cost‑effective and contract‑aligned outcomes from the client’s perspective. This role owns client satisfaction, operational health, financial performance, and risk management while leading governance, oversight, and continuous improvement across all teams and partners supporting the account. Acting as a trusted advisor, the CL builds strong client relationships, applies industry expertise and data‑driven insights, and proactively brings forward solutions aligned to the client’s business strategy.

The role also leads global talent alignment, supports sales and renewals, manages financial and contractual commitments, and keeps clients informed of regulatory and legislative developments impacting their plans.

• Build and sustain strong client relationships at all levels, proactively bringing forward ideas, insights, and solutions aligned to the client’s business strategy and evolving needs.
• Act as a trusted advisor by leveraging industry best practices, benchmarking, prevalence data, and analytics to help clients set goals, solve problems, and identify risks or opportunities the client may not yet recognize.
• Lead and participate in regular client relationship, stewardship, governance, and oversight forums, including executive reviews, operational reviews, and investment or committee meetings as applicable.
• Build and sustain strong relationships across the full client ecosystem—including advisors, consultants, partners, and strategy teams—while fostering a One Alight culture that promotes collaboration, shared accountability, and seamless partnership between Alight US and Alight India to deliver a coordinated and unified client experience.
