Lead Product Manager

About the Job you are considering:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to drive the vision roadmap and delivery of technology products focused on operational excellence and business transformation The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams ensuring product solutions deliver measurable value while meeting user and operational needs

Hybrid working:

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role:

Own and manage the product backlog roadmap and prioritization aligned to business objectives

Partner closely with full stack engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable product capabilities

Define product features user stories acceptance criteria and success metrics

Act as the primary liaison between business operations and technology teams ensuring clear communication and alignment

Facilitate sprint planning backlog grooming product demos and stakeholder reviews

Drive product discovery by gathering customer feedback analysing pain points and identifying opportunities for innovation

Monitor product performance adoption and outcomes using data driven insights to guide prioritization decisions

Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure successful product delivery from concept through production deployment

Your

Skills:

10 years of experience as a Product Manager Product Owner Business Analyst or related role Strong Product Owner expertise including backlog management user story creation requirements prioritization and Agile delivery practices

Experience working closely with full stack engineering teams and understanding technical architecture APIs integrations and software development life cycles

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively engage both business and technical audiences

Proven ability to balance business priorities customer needs and technical considerations to drive product decisions

Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies and product management tools such as Jira and Confluence

Preferred Experience  in operational workflows exception management or financial services domains

Exposure to AIGenAIenabled products and digital transformation initiatives

Strong analytical mindset with experience using metrics to measure product success and business impact
