DeFi Product Manager

• Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for decentralized finance (DeFi) products.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify new product opportunities and features.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and product specifications.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
• Work with marketing and business development to define go-to-market strategies and drive product adoption.
• Analyze product performance metrics and iterate on products to improve user experience and achieve business goals.

• Proven experience as a Product Manager , with a significant focus on Decentralized Finance (DeFi) or blockchain products.
• Deep understanding of DeFi protocols, tokenomics, smart contracts, and the broader cryptocurrency ecosystem.
• Demonstrated ability to define product strategy, manage product roadmaps, and lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
