Remote Pharmaceutical Market Access Manager

Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Remote Pharmaceutical Market Access Manager to lead initiatives focused on ensuring patient access to their innovative therapies. This role is pivotal in navigating the complex healthcare landscape, developing strategies to secure optimal reimbursement and market positioning for pharmaceutical products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including market access, health economics, marketing, and sales, to develop and implement effective access strategies.

The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of market access principles, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a proven ability to succeed in a remote , collaborative environment.

• Develop and execute comprehensive market access strategies for new and existing pharmaceutical products.
• Conduct landscape analyses to identify key market access challenges and opportunities, including competitor strategies and payer policies.
• Engage with payers, formulary committees, and key stakeholders to articulate the value proposition of our client's products.
• Collaborate with Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) teams to develop robust evidence generation plans.
• Prepare and present compelling value dossiers and reimbursement submissions.
• Monitor market access trends and policy changes, adapting strategies to ensure sustained product access.

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical market access, pricing, reimbursement, or related roles.
• In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical market, payer landscape, and regulatory environment.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing successful market access strategies.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders in a remote setting.
