Our client is seeking a sharp and analytical Operations Analyst to contribute to their strategic objectives. This fully remote position allows you to leverage your data analysis skills to identify operational inefficiencies and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement. You will work closely with various departments, analyzing complex datasets to uncover trends, optimize processes, and enhance overall business performance. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, proficient in data interpretation, and thrives in a remote environment, making a significant impact through insightful reporting and strategic guidance.
Key Responsibilities- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational efficiency.
- Prepare detailed analysis and recommendations for process improvements and cost reductions.
- Collaborate with operational teams remotely to understand business needs and provide analytical support.
- Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging trends in operations management.
- Support ad‑hoc analytical projects as required by management.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations analysis , data analysis, or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and statistical software (e.g., R, Python).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Effective remote communication and presentation skills.
