Operations Process Engineer

Our client is seeking a results-oriented Operations Process Engineer to join their remote team, contributing to their operational excellence initiatives. This role focuses on analyzing and improving operational workflows, enhancing efficiency, and reducing costs across the organization. You will work independently and collaborate with remote teams to identify opportunities for process optimization, implement best practices, and ensure seamless execution of operational strategies.

• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing operational processes, identifying inefficiencies and areas for enhancement.
• Design, develop, and implement new or improved operational workflows and procedures.
• Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement across various departments.
• Develop and maintain process documentation , including flowcharts, SOPs, and training materials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders remotely to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation of process changes.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of implemented process improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations or process engineering.
• Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement frameworks.
• Proficiency in data analysis and process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Excel, statistical software).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, essential for a remote role.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
