Senior Customer Education Manager; Fully Remote

• Datarails is looking for a Sr. Customer Education Manager to own the strategy, structure, and governance of customer-facing content.
• This is an individual contributor role for someone who thinks like a systems builder and turns scattered content into infrastructure.

What you'll do:

• Own governance of the existing customer enablement content library, audit what exists, and set standards.
• Build repeatable frameworks for content creation, review, versioning, and retirement.
• Partner with CSMs and cross-functional teams to identify content gaps and align with product changes.

Requirements:

• 2+ years in customer enablement, content strategy, or related customer success function.
• Proven experience building or overhauling a content library or knowledge base from the ground up.
• Strong instincts for structure and governance, with excellent written communication.
