UC Singapore
We launched UC in Singapore at the beginning of 2020 and have been growing consistently since then. Our services range from Home Cleaning, AC Repairs and Servicing to Beauty and Wellness services r the last 6 years we have built a consumer loved business with one of the best retention cohorts across UC. Amongst the fastest growing businesses at UC, our International business is planned to grow 3x in 3 years and we are looking for growth hungry folks to join our team to build the business along with us.

Aboutthe Role
We are looking for a SM / EIR with 3 to 6 years of experience in roles focused on business growth, consumer orientation, and problem-solving.
If you believe you understand the pulse of the Singapore consumer and want to build for Singapore, this is a unique opportunity to build and scale a business end to end. You will own the consumer side of Urban Company Singapore, from identifying market gaps and understanding consumer needs, to shaping the offering, defining pricing, deciding app and advertising messaging, and driving execution on the ground.
The goal is to build deeper consumer penetration in Singapore's home cleaning market by:
- Acquiring more new consumers onto the platform
- Increasing repeat rates by making our offerings more relevant
- Improving the overall consumer experience and platform journey
- Identifying and solving the biggest barriers to adoption
- Defining and managing the business operating model relevant to offerings
The role will involve working closely with consumers, testing hypotheses, launching initiatives, and driving execution with cross-functional teams to ensure ideas translate into real outcomes on the ground.

Consumer Analysis:
Use data and consumer insights to understand behaviour in the market and across the UC user base. Identify opportunities to acquire more new consumers and increase ARPU.Offering Iterations:
Define and continuously refine the consumer offering across pricing, SKUs, categories, and use cases to drive traffic, conversion, and ultimately maximize monthly orders.Growth Planning:
Define and drive the growth trajectory across categories for UC Singapore, using mathematical modelling, data, and structured planning to identify growth opportunities and set targets.P&L Ownership:
