Our client is seeking an accomplished Lead Management Consultant to spearhead critical client engagements from our virtual headquarters. This fully remote position requires a seasoned professional adept at leading complex transformation initiatives and providing high-level strategic guidance. You will be responsible for defining project scopes, managing cross-functional remote teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of transformative solutions that drive significant business value.
This is a pivotal role for an experienced consultant passionate about shaping client futures and contributing to a forward-thinking, geographically dispersed consultancy.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale management consulting projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and firm standards.
- Develop innovative strategies and solutions addressing complex business challenges across various industries.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted advisor relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and team performance, optimizing resource allocation in a remote setting.
- Contribute to the firm's intellectual capital by developing new methodologies and thought leadership content.
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) in a relevant field;
PhD is a plus. - 10+ years of experience in progressive management consulting roles, with a significant portion in leadership positions.
- Proven expertise in strategy formulation, organizational design, and change management.
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated experience in remote team leadership and client management.
