Senior Process Improvement Specialist

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and analytical Senior Process Improvement Specialist to join their organization, supporting operations remotely. This role is dedicated to identifying, analyzing, and implementing improvements across various business and manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality. You will leverage methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma to drive significant operational enhancements. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for optimization and a proven ability to manage complex improvement projects from initiation to completion, working effectively with distributed teams.

• Lead the design and implementation of process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Analyze existing business and manufacturing processes to identify areas for optimization, waste reduction, and cost savings.
• Develop and present business cases for proposed process changes, outlining expected benefits and implementation plans.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to drive process changes and ensure successful adoption.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of implemented improvements.
• Provide training and coaching on process improvement tools and techniques to team members.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement , Lean, or Six Sigma roles.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering significant process improvement projects.
• Expertise in various continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification is highly preferred.
