• Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping, ensuring adherence to established timelines and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system (WMS), conducting regular cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Generate and analyze operational reports to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for process improvement.
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g., procurement, sales, customer service) and external carriers to resolve issues and ensure seamless supply chain flow.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse functions, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all operations, with a focus on remote management and oversight.

• Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics coordination, preferably in a supervisory or coordinating role.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and implement effective solutions.
