Project Manager - Ventures

Our client is seeking a proactive and adaptable Project Manager to lead their exciting New Ventures initiatives in Paarl . This role is critical for identifying, evaluating, and launching new business opportunities that align with the company's strategic vision and growth objectives. You will manage the entire lifecycle of new ventures, from ideation and feasibility studies through to market entry and initial scaling, working with cross-functional teams to bring innovative concepts to life.

• Identify, research, and evaluate potential new business opportunities and market trends.
• Develop comprehensive business cases and project plans for new venture initiatives, including financial projections and resource requirements.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators to ensure successful and timely execution of new ventures.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is a significant advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, business development, or strategy roles.
