• Establishing and maintaining a robust credit technology environment that aligns with the organizations strategic goals and risk appetite
• Developing, implementing, and overseeing credit decision systems and related processes to ensure efficient, compliant, and data-driven lending operations
• Collaborating with stakeholders across credit risk, IT, and business units to deliver technology solutions that support credit policy, regulatory requirements, and business growth

• Design, develop, and maintain credit decision systems to support efficient and accurate lending processes
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that align with credit risk policies and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with credit risk, IT, and business teams to enhance system functionality and user experience
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to optimize credit workflows
• Ensure data integrity and compliance by integrating robust controls and audit trails within credit systems
• Support the rollout of new credit products and policy changes by adapting system logic and configuration
• Provide technical expertise and training to end-users and stakeholders on credit system capabilities and best practices
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively recommend system enhancements

• Assist in the creation and ongoing enhancement of credit decisioning platforms to ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant lending operations that align with organizational strategy and risk appetite
• Work closely with credit risk, IT, and business teams to understand business needs and regulatory standards, translating them into robust system configurations and enhancements
