• Translate customer pain points and business opportunities into clear, outcome-driven user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specs.
• Dig into root causes before proposing solutions to ensure we solve the right problems.
• Continuously gather and synthesize user feedback and market signals to inform product decisions.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early and drive resolution across teams.
• Bring insights from user research, process analysis, and industry trends to influence strategic discussions.
• Stay informed on healthcare industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to support informed decision-making.

• Own and maintain a prioritized product backlog, balancing business value, technical feasibility, and long-term strategy.
• Provide crisp guidance to Scrum teams during sprints to ensure alignment with product goals and timely delivery.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management.
• Partner closely with engineering, QA, and design to ensure high-quality, on-time releases.
• Track and communicate progress, ensuring accountability and clarity across stakeholders.

• Facilitate alignment across engineering, design, sales, support, and customer success to deliver cohesive product outcomes.
• Lead stakeholder demos, product reviews, and feedback loops to ensure continuous improvement and shared ownership.
• Act as a bridge between strategic intent and execution reality, ensuring product plans translate into measurable results.

• Proven experience in a Product Management role within healthcare (required).
• Strong background in executing product roadmaps, writing clear requirements, and delivering in fast-paced agile environments.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, UX, operations, and customer-facing teams).
• Demonstrated ability to translate business and customer needs into detailed product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with healthcare technology, compliance, and workflows(e.g., credentialing, regulatory standards, integrations) is strongly preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills — able to influence without authority.
• Hands‑on experience with agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Aha, or similar).
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science)
