Job Description & How to Apply Below
Product Manager COMPANY OVERVIEW

Digitalzone is a B2B marketing company building the demand orchestration systems that connect buying signals to revenue. Our products turn scattered signals into pipeline our customers can act on. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Product Manager to join the product team and help shape where these products go next.

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Product Manager, you own the strategy and delivery of our demand orchestration products. Your deep understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation, combined with strong product management craft, will be central to aligning product strategy with business objectives. You will work closely with engineering, data science, design, and marketing; make decisions grounded in data; and keep a clear line of sight from customer problems to revenue outcomes.

We also expect a modern toolkit. Product managers here use AI tools in their daily work to move faster: to synthesize research, to build a rough prototype that makes an idea concrete, and to tighten the loop between an idea and real user feedback. Those tools support the fundamentals, they do not replace them. Judgment is still the job.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product strategy: Own the roadmap for demand orchestration and align it with company objectives, connecting product decisions to outcomes such as SQLs, high intent leads, and marketing sourced and influenced revenue.
  • Customer and market understanding: Conduct market research, track competitors and industry trends, and maintain a deep working knowledge of lead generation and B2B marketing processes.
  • Discovery and user research: Talk to customers regularly, run interviews and usability sessions, and turn what you learn into prioritized product decisions.
  • Requirements and definition: Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Where a prototype communicates the intent better than a document, build one.
  • Prioritization: Make explicit trade-offs about scope, sequence, and what will not get built, and explain the reasoning to stakeholders.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with engineering, data science, design, sales, and marketing to take products from concept through launch and adoption.
  • Agile delivery: Run disciplined iterative development: short cycles, working software each sprint, and steady progress against the roadmap.
  • Data-driven decision making: Define success metrics before launch, instrument what you ship, and read the results honestly afterward.
  • Go-to-market partnership: Support launches with positioning input, enablement material, and a clear view of the customer value being delivered.
  • Communication: Articulate product vision and requirements to audiences ranging from engineers to executives to customers.
  • Problem solving: Break down ambiguous problems, including the newer ones that come with building AI powered features.
Ways of Working We Value

The fundamentals above are the core of the role. These practices are how we expect a PM to apply them today.

  • Prototyping: Comfort turning an idea into something tangible within days, whether that is a wireframe, a clickable Figma flow, or a rough working prototype. A prototype in front of a user answers questions a specification cannot.
  • User experience design: Strong instincts for information architecture, user flows, and interaction design. You can give a designer specific, useful feedback rather than adjectives.
  • Practical AI fluency: You use AI tools in your own work: synthesizing research and feedback, drafting and pressure testing documents, exploring data, and generating edge cases. You know where these tools help and where they add risk or noise.
  • Building with AI tools (vibe coding): Willingness to use AI assisted coding tools such as Claude Code,…
