* Identify and assess operational risks across service delivery, reporting practices, vendor coordination, and internal workflows
* Recommend practical mitigation steps, ownership paths, and escalation thresholds for recurring issues
* Build and maintain lightweight control documentation, continuity notes, and risk registers
* Partner with logistics, analytics, and administrative teams to improve risk awareness in day-to-day decisions
* Give leadership a clearer view of exposure, response readiness, and operational resilience over time## Requirements
* 4+ years of experience in risk management, business continuity, compliance, operations control, or adjacent functions
* Ability to assess process gaps and turn them into practical mitigation or escalation plans
* Strong documentation skills with the ability to write standards, control notes, and decision-ready summaries
* Comfort working across operations, finance-adjacent workflows, and leadership priorities in a distributed team
* Balanced judgment that protects continuity without creating unnecessary bureaucracy
