Position Summary Join Cedar Gate Technologies, an IQVIA business, as a Senior Client Delivery Representative and play a critical role in delivering impactful solutions for our most strategic clients. You will lead complex implementations, collaborate with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams, and guide projects from planning through deployment. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven professional who excels at managing large-scale initiatives or projects, influencing stakeholders, and ensuring exceptional client outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities Lead complex enterprise client implementations from kickoff through deployment, ensuring successful outcomes and client satisfaction.

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, aligning solutions to strategic business objectives.

Define project scope, delivery plans, and key milestones to drive successful execution.

Manage multiple projects and work streams, mitigating risks and resolving issues proactively.

Drive executive-level governance, stakeholder communication, and delivery accountability.

Partner with Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Client Success teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.

Deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations that maximize client value.

Facilitate executive presentations, project reviews, and strategic discussions.

Mentor team members and support continuous improvement of delivery processes and best practices.

Lead cross-functional teams through influence, collaboration, and effective decision-making.

Experience / Qualifications5+ years of experience in enterprise client delivery, implementation, consulting, or client-facing project management within healthcare technology, healthcare analytics, population health, value-based care, revenue cycle management, or a related healthcare domain.

Proven experience leading complex enterprise client implementations involving cross-functional teams, multiple stakeholders, and executive-level visibility.

Strong understanding of healthcare operations, healthcare technology implementations, and data-driven business solutions.

Demonstrated success managing relationships with senior client stakeholders and influencing decision-making at the executive level.

Experience driving project governance, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communications across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

PMP, Agile, Six Sigma, or comparable project management certification, or active pursuit of a similar certification.
